Turn a manual, scattered carbon-footprint calculation into a reliable, versioned, auditable system.

Designed and built the backend services in NestJS, applying solid architecture and Git versioning practices.

A maintainable, traceable backend that replaces manual calculation with a structured system, ready to scale to new clients and metrics.

Manual, uncoordinated operational processes across teams, with critical tasks lost between emails and spreadsheets.

Mapped and modeled the processes in BPMN, identified automation opportunities, and implemented Bitrix24 with custom workflows. I also designed SQL queries and KPIs for tracking dashboards.
