From process to product

I came to software from Industrial Engineering (Universidad de Chile), and it shaped how I build. Before writing code, I understand the process: where the friction is, which decision needs support, which repetitive task can be automated.

That's why my work spans fullstack development, data, and operations — from modeling processes in BPMN to building the backend, dashboard, or pipeline that supports them. I care about software that works: maintainable, useful, and connected to a real business need.
